The goal?
The goal was to offer consumers a fully personalised experience by letting them choose between a Matte or Glow finish for their complexion, depending on their preferences. And that's not all! Dior also went all out with two products for each look:
•The Matte Look included a sample sachet of matte foundation + an undereye concealer.
•The Glow Look included a sample sachet of Glow Foundation + a liquid highlighter.
•The Matte Look included a sample sachet of matte foundation + an undereye concealer.
•The Glow Look included a sample sachet of Glow Foundation + a liquid highlighter.
Creating a highly personalised consumer journey
Our support was focused on extensive personalisation of the entire consumer journey. We built a digital journey incorporating a shade finder on the landing page and an email journey tailored to the selected routine to provide a seamless, engaging, and tailor-made experience.
Enhancing the experience with immersive packaging
We designed custom packaging with an innovative, immersive, and eco-friendly "all-in-one pouch". This format was best suited to showcase the beauty routine while offering a large surface area for expressive design. Furthermore, the finishing varnishes were specifically adapted with great attention to detail: matte for the Matte Look, glossy for the Glow Look.
