    The overall budget depends on numerous factors: sample volume, recruitment strategy, packaging design, desired consumer journey, etc. We can offer a fully personalised quote based on your objectives.

    The volume depends on your objectives and budget. We can manage campaigns involving a few thousand samples as well as much larger scale operations. We recommend running campaigns with at least 10,000 units to offset fixed costs.

    You can send any kind of sample as long as they comply with freight transport standards and are suitable for shipping. If you have any doubts, please get in touch using our contact form.

    Absolutely. We can roll out campaigns internationally, depending on your target markets.

    It's actually very straightforward: get in touch with us outlining your objectives, and we will work with you to define the optimal strategy to be implemented. From that point on, we will take care of everything!

    We carefully process all available data on a daily basis to ensure that postal and email addresses are correct to guarantee the highest rate of delivery for samples and campaign communications.

    At the end of each campaign, we securely share with you a contact file containing the personal data of consumers selected to receive your sample. The data depends on the fields in the campaign form.

    If you are targeted by a brand (newsletter, social media post), you can simply sign up by filling in the form for the campaign you are interested in.

    You will usually receive your sample within two weeks of your request being approved. Unfortunately, some deliveries are not always correctly forwarded by the postal service. This is beyond our control and due to the sheer volume of samples in any campaign, we are unable to send out a new one. In that case, feel free to try the product in store!

    Unfortunately, once your request has been approved, you can no longer change your contact details (postal address, last name, first name, etc.). Please check your information carefully before submitting your request.

    Even though we take all the necessary measures to prevent this type of incident, theft or breakage can still occur during shipping. This is beyond our control and the sheer volume of samples we send out means we are unable to send you a new one. Feel free to try the product in store! 

    Yes, your personal data is stored but only for the time necessary to carry out the campaign successfully. We delete your personal data once the campaign is over.
